How to Choose Qualified Sand Making Machine?

First of all, the model of rotor bearing
Working in harsh conditions for a long time, the rotor bearing of sand making machine is easily to be worn. Rotor bearing, however, is expensive and difficult to remove, which is likely to cause great loss. Therefore, the first thing is to select the proper model of the rotor bearing. Usually we choose doublerow centripetal spherical roller bearing, whose designed life shall be at 5000-10000 hours.
Secondly, the stress state of rotor bearing
The impacting load caused by the sand making machine on the bearing mainly depends on the impulse acting on the rotor and the support force of the bearing block. Increase the support of the bearing block can reduce the impact load effect on the bearing.
Thirdly, balance quality of the rotor
Sand making machine's rotor is of great quantity has high running speed. Its casting deviation and quantity deviation after installing the hammer plate will cause unbalanced centrifugal fore in rotor's running, which makes the machine vibrate and causes damages to the bearing and other parts. So the balancing test must be conducted in choosing the rotor.
