Use skill of Sand Making Machine from Shanghai Shunky Company：
1. While using sand making machine, feeding size should meet regulation strictly. It is not allowed to feed bigger material than regulated into crusher machine. Or else, it will cause imbalance of impeller and excessive wear of impeller. Even worse, it can clog impeller channel and central feeding pipe. Then the sand making machine will not work normally. So please eliminate timely when you find bulk feeding materials.
2. The launch order of Shunky Sand Making Machine and conveying equipment is: discharging- sand making machine- feeding; Crusher must start in an unloaded state. Only when crusher starts to work normally, can we go ahead for feeding materials. Shutdown order is opposite to starting-up order.
3. Before using sand making machine, please examine impeller rotation direction. Looking from feeding entrance, impeller should rotate counterclockwise. Or else, please adjust motor wiring.
4. Before operating Sand Making Machine, please examine whether whirl cavity observation door close well or not, in case feeding material run out from whirl cavity observation door and cause danger.
