Sand making plant is very important in artificial sand making.And the general arrangement of sand making plant includes feeder,the primary crusher ,the secondary crusher ,sand making machine and vibrating screen.It seems simply but you must pay attention to many details in real operation .For example ,the raw material bunker play an important role in sand making plant.
The raw material bunker is always placed in the front of the feeder in the sand making plant to storage the raw material and send it to the feeder.Normally,the raw material is too big to be sent to the feeder or primary crusher.So ,there must be a bunker to make a buffer for the machine.In the real operation ,the raw material bunker is always placed in a high position and it must be opened in case that the material is too big to be put into it,which may have ruin the normal operation of the machine.And it always use steel plate greater than or equal to the   thickness of 20mm to welding.
The details have great affect on the cost and production of sand making plant.During the process,the adjustment of the bunker is very important to the normal running of the machine.So, you must place it in the right position during the operation .
