How to avoid Sand Making Machine's faults
Sand Making Machine is suitable for soft, hard or very hard material's crushing and plastic, and is also widely used in all kinds of ores, cements, refractory, bauxite grog, corundum, frit, mechanism building sand, aggregated rock, and all kinds of metallurgical slag.
Some Sand Making Machine's common system faults and the corresponding eliminating methods are as below.
The first fault: Sand Making Machine's swing range is too big. Reasons: Firstly, vulnerable parts on the impeller are badly wearing; Secondly, the feeding size is too big; thirdly, there are some blockages in Sand Making Machine's impeller passage. Eliminating methods: Firstly, replace vulnerable parts of Sand Making Machine; secondly, reduce the feeding size; thirdly, take out blockages.
The second fault: the size of production is too big. Its reason: V-belts is too loose. Eliminating method: tighten the V-belts.
The third fault: the bearing is heating. Reasons: Firstly, lack of oil or there is dust into it; secondly, the bearing broke down. Eliminating methods: Firstly, add oil into it or clean the bearing; secondly, replace the bearing.
The forth fault: there are sounds of metal collision. Its reason: liner plate or vulnerable parts on the impeller fall down. Eliminating method: tighten them again.
The fifth fault: idling resistance is too big. Its reason: there are some materials in the sealed cap of the bearing. Eliminating method: Open the sealed cap and clear them up.
